Refund Policy

However, due to international laws and safety regulations concerning pharmaceuticals, we are strictly prohibited from accepting returns of any medication once it has been shipped. This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and compliance of all medicinal products.
If your order does not arrive, or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, we will promptly address the issue. Customers are eligible to request either a full refund or a free reshipment of their order. Refunds will only be processed if the customer explicitly requests a refund instead of a reshipment.
A refund or reshipment will be offered in the following cases:
